Through the Kedaranathdham Charitable Foundation, funded by the CSR initiative of Cargo Marketing International Pvt. Ltd., an educational activity titled “What to do after 10th?” and a community initiative for education were conducted. The Zonal Head, Mr. Anil Bhosale, provided guidance on these topics. Mr. Bhosale emphasized the importance of exploring various career options after 10th grade, including vocational courses, diploma programs, and higher secondary education. He encouraged students to consider their interests and strengths when making career choices and to seek advice from career counselors. He also highlighted the growing opportunities in fields such as technology, healthcare, and entrepreneurship. Mr. Bhosale advised students to stay updated with the latest trends in their fields of interest and to develop essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking. He stressed the value of internships and practical experiences in gaining a better understanding of different career paths. Additionally, he encouraged students to participate in extracurricular activities and community service to build a well-rounded profile. The community initiative for education aimed to provide resources and support to underprivileged students. This included distributing educational materials, organizing tutoring sessions, and offering scholarships to deserving students. The initiative also focused on creating awareness about the importance of education in community development and empowering parents to support their children’s educational journey. The event was attended by the organization’s director, Mr. Dhananjay Kamble, Miss Jagruti Patil, Miss Gayatri Chavan, the secretary of the educational institution, Mr. Thorat, the principal, Mr. Patil, Mrs. Patil, and other teaching staff.
